Heidi is a writer, marketer, speaker, and all-around communications maven. She currently does technical community for Octopus Deploy. She is a nerd about industrial psychology and patterns of progress. One of her favorite hobbies is talking to developers about things they already knew but had never thought of that way before. When she is not using her hands to talk, Heidi makes clothing, plays cozy video games, and keeps her antique house from becoming ramshackle. She has co-authored two books: Docs for Developers, and Progressive Delivery.
