Octopus 101: Your first deployment

If you've just signed up for Octopus and haven't made a deployment yet, this is where to start. In 30 minutes, you'll see exactly how Octopus works: projects, packages, and the deployment process, explained the way you'd actually use them, not in the abstract. Then we connect GitHub as the build server with real detail: webhook configuration, auth and token scopes, and the actual API calls Octopus makes behind the scenes, not a summary that tries to fit every CI tool at once. By the end, you'll have watched a deployment target get added and a real release run from start to finish. If you're on Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or Jenkins instead of GitHub, the same concepts apply, and we'll point you to the docs for your specific setup.
