How did you get into your current job/field?

Being curious. I started in Sales, moved into managing Sales, Operations and Partner Programs, and learned how to create customer journeys as I love enabling a great customer experience, which led me to Customer Success. Working in a start-up and diving into enabling the best customer experience gave me the experience of collaborating across the company and aligning on key priorities, which is what a Chief of Staff does! Adding value in areas that matter most to us as a company, and enabling success are my North Stars.

What's a fun fact about you that people may not know?

I am learning to fence.

What is your favorite project you've worked on at Octopus Deploy so far?

Working with Marketing and enabling a more effective leads process. Working across the teams to measure what matters - I love surfacing the areas we are succeeding and the opportunities to improve.

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

Environmental advocacy - I serve on 2 boards as I support programs and initiatives to help my community address the impacts of climate change. Recently I toured a stream-side tree planting effort that was 5 years in the making- securing grants for the trees and coordinating students to help plant over 150 trees. The area had been impacted by erosion and sink holes so to see it teeming with trees and wildlife brought me joy.

What excites you most about working at Octopus Deploy?

Helping to solve the problems that hold us back from our goals. I love setting and achieving "moon shot" goals and I am really excited for the future here at Octopus Deploy.

If you could eat one meal for the rest of forever - what would it be?

Sushi, ice cream, and matcha tea.
