Software Engineer - Growth Platform
What you’ll do
- Build and improve shared infrastructure for billing, identity, messaging, and experimentation.
- Automate key customer lifecycle processes, from onboarding to upgrade prompts.
- Help unify signals from across Octopus into a clear view of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and growth specialists across the company.
- Learn from senior engineers and contribute your own ideas and improvements.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of professional (non-internship) software development experience.
- Confidence working independently on small projects, with curiosity to ask for help when tackling the unknown.
- A focus on learning, with a trajectory toward becoming a Senior Engineer and beyond.
- Enjoyment of collaborative problem solving and openness to constructive feedback.
- An interest in how technical systems connect to product growth and business outcomes.
- Experience with .NET, SQL, or data-intensive distributed systems is preferred, with an eagerness to deepen those skills on the job.
