Octopus Deploy Reseller Portal can be accessed by approved resellers.

From the portal, resellers are able to request a quote, place an order and view old and existing orders.

How can I become an approved reseller?

Do I get a discount on all my orders?

We do not offer reseller discounts.

How do I get a quote?

Approved Resellers

  1. Sign in into your Reseller Portal
  2. Choose between New License and Renew or Upgrade
  3. If New License, select the edition and maintenance period. If Renew or Upgrade, enter either the license key, serial number or order ID to find the original license
  4. Make sure the "Separate billing and end user" checkbox is selected to allow you to enter the end user details separately
  5. Choose "Quote" as the payment method

Other Resellers

Anyone can purchase licenses on behalf of someone else through our purchase page.

To generate a quote for a new license:

  1. Visit our purchase page, and select the edition and maintenance period
  2. Make sure the "Separate billing and end user" checkbox is selected to allow you to enter the end user details separately
  3. Choose "Quote" as the payment method

To generate a quote for an upgrade or renewal:

  1. Visit our upgrade page, and enter either the license key, serial number or order ID to find the original license
  2. Make sure the "Separate billing and end user" checkbox is selected to allow you to enter the end user details separately
  3. Choose "Quote" as the payment method

Can I send you a purchase order?

You are able to submit the purchase order online:

  1. Visit our purchase page or upgrade page, and follow the same steps as if you were generating a quote (above)
  2. Make sure the "Separate billing and end user" checkbox is selected to allow you to enter the end user details separately
  3. Choose "Purchase order/bank transfer" as the payment method, enter your PO number as a reference and click submit at the bottom of the page.

Pay attention to the Delivery Options section, which lets you choose who the license key should be sent to (you, or the end user).

We don't need a PDF/other copy of the PO if you are submitting it online.

How do I pay the purchase order?

Our payment details will be on the invoice generated (credit card instructions are on page 1, bank transfer details are on page 2).

When will the license key be delivered, and who will it be delivered to?

When you submit the purchase order with separate billing and end user details, there's an option to choose who the license key should be delivered to. By default, it only goes to the "Billing Contact". You can change it to have it sent to the end-user only, or to both.

A license key will automatically be generated and emailed to the selected recipients.
