How did you get into your current job/field?

About ten years ago, as I began my bachelor’s in Management and Human Resources, I joined Intel in a role initially unrelated to HR. Eager to gain experience, I saw an opportunity within the HR department and quickly transitioned into that field, which allowed me to put my studies into practice. Over the years, I continued to grow within the department, eventually completing both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while gaining extensive hands-on experience. This journey confirmed my dedication to HR, shaping my career path into what it is today.

What's a fun fact about you that people may not know?

A fun fact about me is that I’m really passionate about photography—I even studied it! I also love traveling the world, especially to places with unique and authentic cultures. Exploring new perspectives and capturing those moments through my lens is one of my favorite things to do.

What is your favorite project you've worked on at Octopus Deploy so far?

My favorite projects at Octopus Deploy have definitely been those focused on enhancing the employee experience. I’ve had the chance to lead and organize some amazing events that the team absolutely loved, creating memories that are always fun to look back on. Beyond that, every project I dive into here is engaging and exciting in its own way, and I truly enjoy being part of it!

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I love painting, exploring photography, and discovering new, interesting restaurants. There’s something inspiring about finding fresh flavors and capturing creativity in different forms!

What excites you most about working at Octopus Deploy?

What excites me most about working at Octopus Deploy is, first and foremost, the people. The authenticity, friendships, and collaborative atmosphere make it a special place. The work itself is diverse and creative, with a ton of openness to new ideas and projects—but it all begins and ends with the incredible people here who make it such a unique environment.

If you could eat one meal for the rest of forever - what would it be?

It's so hard to decide! I'd probably say sushi because it’s delicious, but honestly, I’d have to go with veggies. They’re something I never get tired of, and they’re super healthy too!
