Nadine MacDonald's career journey has taken her from rural New Zealand across multiple countries and continents, building expertise in Human Resources with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. Her experience spans various industries, including technology, fast-moving consumer goods, hospitality, tourism, aviation, pharmaceutical, and professional services.
Now returned home, Nadine has added purpose to her professional adventure. She's driven by a profound desire to support people, particularly Indigenous populations, to feel proud and comfortable in their own skin, creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. A reformed skydiver, ex hang-glider pilot, and proud mother of two, Nadine believes life is both an adventure and an opportunity for purpose.
